Nitrous Systems

Dragsters’ pay attention. Nitrous Oxide N20 is a great way to super charge your car’s performance. It works as a oxidizing agent and allows more fuel then normal to burn.  Also know as NOS after the company Nitrous Oxide Systems. When using Nitrous Oxide to improve your cars speed, the nitrous is kept in liquid tanks with the goal of increasing the volumetric efficiency.  This interaction can be tough on a combustion chamber and lead to problems later such as cracked or distroyed pistons or crankshifts. Check in your area to make sure it is legal for street driving before setting out to impress your friends.
